O Programa de Mobilidade Elétrica no Brasil está preparado para registro na Verra – Verified Carbon Standard (VCS). Trata-se de um Projeto Agregado (Grouped Project) com múltiplas instâncias de atividades de projeto (Project Activity Instances – PAIs). A Zeroca é a Participante do Projeto (Project Participant – PP) com controle e responsabilidade geral sobre o programa. O programa inclui múltiplas PAIs de proprietários de projetos individuais, que controlam e operam as atividades e possuem contrato com a Zeroca.
O programa busca acelerar a transição para a mobilidade elétrica por meio da participação de diversos atores vinculados ao setor de transportes (proprietários, fornecedores ou fabricantes da tecnologia, investidores, operadores, empresas de leasing, entre outros) e contempla apenas veículos elétricos a bateria. Veículos híbridos, híbridos plug-in e elétricos a célula de combustível não estão incluídos.
O programa irá promover a mobilidade elétrica por meio da expansão da infraestrutura de recarga para veículos leves e da aceleração da transição para veículos elétricos nas seguintes categorias:
Espera-se que o programa tenha abrangência nacional, apoiando a adoção generalizada do transporte de baixa emissão que, além de contribuir para a mitigação das mudanças climáticas, também trará benefícios para a saúde e a qualidade de vida das pessoas, por meio da redução da poluição do ar e do ruído.

Electric Mobility Programme in Brazil
The Electric Mobility Programme in Brazil is prepared for registration with Verra – Verified Carbon Standard (VCS). It is a Grouped Project with multiple Project Activity Instances (PAIs). Zeroca is the Project Participant (PP) with overall control and responsibility for the programme. The programme includes multiple PAIs from individual project owners, who control and operate the activities and have a contract with Zeroca.
The programme seeks to accelerate the transition to electric mobility through the participation of various actors linked to the transport sector (owners, suppliers or manufacturers of technology, investors, operators, leasing companies, among others) and only covers battery electric vehicles. Hybrid, plug-in hybrid and fuel cell electric vehicles are not included.
The programme will promote electric mobility by expanding the charging infrastructure for light vehicles and accelerating the transition to electric vehicles in the following categories:
Motorcycles or three-wheeled vehicles (tricycles);
Passenger cars, including taxis and ride-hailing vehicles;
Pick-up trucks;
Light commercial vehicles, including vans and minibuses;
Urban and intercity buses for passenger transport;
Heavy vehicles and lorries.
The programme is expected to have national coverage, supporting the widespread adoption of low-emission transport, which, in addition to contributing to climate change mitigation, will also bring benefits to people’s health and quality of life by reducing air and noise pollution.

E-mobility carbon credit program available in your selected country
The selected e-mobility project would result in an estimated xx tCO2 of carbon savings per annum, which could translate into an estimated financial benefit of xx USD per annum for the project owner. We are actively looking for project owners to set up new e-mobility carbon credit programs around the world.
Whether ITMOs or the voluntary market can be targeted will be dependent on the details of your project and the host country’s carbon market policies, which we can assess for you.
