Who we are

Zeroca is a joint venture of Rebel and Grütter Consulting. Our combined management team brings together many years of experience in carbon credit markets (CDM, VCM, Paris Art. 6 and others) and e-mobility development across sectors and geographies.

Jürg Grütter

Jürg is the principal author of the main carbon credit methodologies for the transport sector and the project developer of the first registered carbon credit project for mobility.

Guillaume Remy

Guillaume has a background in banking and finance with experience in commercial teams and development finance institutions.

Koen van Baekel

Koen has many years of experience advising on financing and strategy in traditional transport and infrastructure sectors.

Susana Ricaurte

Susana has extensive experience in the development of project design documents and evaluation of greenhouse gas programs.

Enya Grutter – 
Marketing & Communications

Enya , a graduate of École Hôtelière de Lausanne in business management and hospitality, brings diverse experience in marketing for luxury skincare and coffee brands, with a strong focus on brand development and consumer engagement. As our marketing lead, she oversees online and offline communications. Committed to sustainability, Enya is dedicated to promoting our e-mobility initiatives and fostering community connections.

Pablo Grutter – Project Management

Pablo Grütter is a Project Manager at Zeroca , where he leads international projects focused on sustainable transport and clean energy. A graduate of Glion University with a background in hospitality, Pablo brings a unique blend of operational excellence, customer-centric thinking, and global experience from working in top-tier hotels in Dubai, Amsterdam, and Madrid. Driven by a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, Pablo joined Zeroca to be at the forefront of the transition to low-emission mobility solutions.

Paulina Ramirez – Chile

Paulina Ramírez Del Barrio is our program lider in Chile an Electrical Civil Engineer with 13 years of experience in energy transition. She has implemented CO2 traceability systems for the valuation of environmental assets in solar and BESS projects. She is an expert in industrial decarbonisation, having led projects in renewable energy, electromobility, green hydrogen, energy efficiency and ESG strategies. Her experience includes managing investment portfolios of up to US$800 million in the energy and mining sectors. She is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and has a strong strategic vision for sustainability.

Angel Rincón – Paraguay

Dr. Angel Rincón, Is our program leader in Paraguay. PhD (Environmental Engineering) — 15+ years in air quality modeling/monitoring, renewable energy optimization, and environmental impact assessment across government, academia, and consulting worldwide.

Biloliddin Ansoriddin – Uzbekistan

Biloliddin Ansoriddinov is our program leader in Uzbekistan is a business development and project management expert with a background in infrastructure advisory and Public Private Partnerships across Central Asia. Experience spans project origination, lead generation, and market entry across Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, working on assignments funded by international financial institutions and large developers. Known for strong stakeholder management skills, having worked closely with government counterparts, IFIs, and private sector clients throughout project cycles. Holds a degree in Commercial Law and carries APMG International certification in Public Private Partnerships. Track record of building new sector expertise and market presence from scratch and converting early-stage opportunities into awards.

Cristina Albuquerque – Brazil

Cristina is our program leader in Brazil has over 15 years of experience in urban mobility, sustainable transport, and electric mobility across Brazil and internationally. As former Global Director of Electric Mobility at WRI, she led initiatives to accelerate electric transport adoption and support decarbonisation policies in multiple countries. She currently works as a consultant for the World Bank and IDB, supporting Rio de Janeiro’s transition to electric public transport, and is the founder of VECTA Mobility.
